These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, free trainings, webinars, digital products, software, and paid programs (collectively, the "Services") provided by ZPresso LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a Limited Liability Company registered with the Sharjah Media City Free Zone Authority (Shams), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (License No. 2115421.01). The Services are offered through our websites, including 99dfy.com, UltimateOnlineMastery.org, MoshBari.com, and HighLevelWebinar.com, and their related pages and funnels (the "Sites").
By accessing the Sites, registering for a training, or purchasing a program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services.
We provide digital marketing education and AI software tools. Our free trainings and paid programs teach methods, frameworks, and tools; they are not a business-in-a-box, a job, or an investment. Your results depend entirely on your own effort, consistency, skills, and market conditions. Our systems are highly automated but still require approximately 45 to 90 minutes of daily work to operate. We make no promise that you will earn any money. Please read our Earnings/Income Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms.
When we offer a paid program, the price presented at checkout is a single, transparent fee. We do not use hidden monthly charges, surprise upsells, or backend phone-sales processes. Any optional add-ons, if offered, will always be clearly presented as optional with their own stated price before you buy.
Purchases of our paid programs are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase date and we will refund your purchase price in full to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. After the 30-day window, all sales are final.
Program access is licensed to you personally. You agree not to share your login credentials, resell access, or redistribute program materials. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms; if we terminate without cause within your first 30 days, you will receive a full refund.
All content on the Sites and in our programs — including videos, scripts, PDFs, software (including our Comment Squad, Rant Squad, and Viral Script Squad tools), trademarks, and course materials — is owned by or licensed to ZPresso LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own education and business. You may not copy, resell, or publicly republish our materials without written permission.
You agree to use the Services and our software only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the terms of any third-party platforms (such as social media networks) on which you publish content. You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish using techniques or tools learned from us, including compliance with advertising, disclosure, and consumer-protection rules that apply to you.
The Services reference and may include access to third-party tools and platforms (for example, funnel software, AI tools, and social networks). We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, pricing changes, or their terms. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their own agreements.
Any testimonials, case studies, or income examples shown on the Sites are the experiences of specific individuals and are not typical. They are shown for illustration only and are not a promise of your results.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZPresso LLC and its managers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or USD 100 if you have paid nothing).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZPresso LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Emirate of Sharjah, UAE. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us first at [email protected] so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
