together with any related landing pages, funnels, training portals, and subdomains (collectively, the "Sites"). By using the Sites, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information you provide directly. When you register for a free training, opt in to a webinar, purchase a program, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, billing information, and any other details you choose to submit through our forms.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the Sites, we automatically collect certain technical data, including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs, using cookies and similar technologies described below.
When you submit your details on one of our opt-in pages, you consent to receive marketing emails from us. If you provide your phone number and agree to SMS updates, you consent to receive text messages. You can opt out at any time: click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email, reply STOP to any SMS, or email us at [email protected]. We will never sell your personal information, and we will never spam you.
Our Sites use cookies and tracking technologies provided by third parties. These currently include:
You can control cookies through your browser settings, use ad-preference tools offered by Meta and Google, or install opt-out browser add-ons (such as the Google Analytics opt-out add-on). Disabling cookies may affect some Site features.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with: (a) service providers who process data on our behalf (such as HighLevel, payment processors, and analytics providers listed above), under obligations to protect it; (b) legal authorities when required by applicable law; and (c) a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your data.
We keep your personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. If you unsubscribe, we retain minimal suppression-list data so we do not contact you again. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8).
We use reputable platforms and take commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live (including under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, the EU/UK GDPR, or US state privacy laws such as the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent to marketing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We aim to respond to all requests within 24 to 48 business hours and will fulfil verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Our Sites, trainings, and programs are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We are based in the United Arab Emirates and use service providers that may store data in other countries, including the United States. By using the Sites, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data protection laws than your own.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Sites after changes constitutes acceptance.
